I love luxury cosmetics. You can find me at Bergdorf Goodman at the makeup counters atleast once a week but I have a confession to make. My favorite liquid liner is far from luxury. Its not high end, mid end or even low end. Its more like extremely cheap end. It costs $1.99. Yup, you heard that right, one dollar and ninety-nine cents. I even get it for less sometimes.
I’ve tried countless liquid liners, from the most talked about Artliner from Lancome to Dior’s liquid liner pen but my favorite is from Wet’n’Wild. Yup, Wet’n’Wild. It is the absolute best liquid eyeliner I have ever used! It’s extremely black, lasts all day, isn’t super shiny nor matte and the brush is absolutely perfect. The formula is perfect. Everything is perfect about it.
Its completely opaque, doesn’t smudge and the brush is fantastic! You have full control of all movements. Plus, its super cheap! You can get a thin line or a thick line, its super versatile. Try it out, its only $2! I promise you, its the best liquid liner out there!
